Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BJT Forklift Parts website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. B2B Services

BJT Forklift Parts provides forklift replacement parts and procurement services exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Pricing, availability, and quotations are provided on a per-inquiry basis and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

3. Product Information

All product specifications, images, and cross-reference data are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, part numbers and compatibility should be verified with our engineering team before ordering. BJT Forklift Parts is an independent aftermarket supplier and is not affiliated with Linde Material Handling or any OEM manufacturers.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon acceptance of a formal quotation. Payment terms are established per customer agreement. Standard terms are T/T (wire transfer) with a deposit required for large or custom orders. All prices are FOB Xiamen, China unless otherwise specified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer air freight, ocean freight, and express courier services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided with each quotation. BJT Forklift Parts is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

6. Warranty

All parts are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims require inspection and are limited to replacement or refund of the defective part at our discretion. Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

7. Returns

Returns must be authorized in advance. Standard parts may be returned within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee. Custom or special-order parts are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

8. Limitation of Liability

BJT Forklift Parts' liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including downtime, labor costs, or lost profits.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product images, technical documentation, and the cross-reference database, is the intellectual property of Xiamen BJT Forklift Parts Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, or if necessary, through arbitration in Xiamen, Fujian Province.
